1. Introduce regular public reporting on council activities and decisions to increase transparency and keep residents informed. 
2. Enforce code of ethics to ensure transparency and fairness, uphold the highest standards of integrity, and assure that City Council and staff adhere to these standards, fostering a culture of civility and respect in all city dealings.
3. Establish communications to Citizens – A “Did You Know” (How Your City Government works)
4. Implement open government initiatives to ensure transparency and foster trust between the city council and the community.
5. Create measurable performance standards to evaluate staff productivity and effectiveness.
